You Feel Stuck…

You’re productive. Responsible. Capable.
You show up. You handle things.

But staying “on” all the time takes effort.
Effort that lately, feels heavier than it used to.

You’re not broken.

What you’re doing makes sense.
These are ways you learned to stay steady, useful, and reliable.

They haven’t stopped working.
But today they’re costing you more than you have to give.

Let’s Find Your Path

100 Day Journey

This is for men who are functioning well, but feel the constant strain of holding too much for too long.

We’ll slow things down to understand where your energy is going and how to redirect your effort toward what matters.

This is about steadiness that holds.

This is for men who are grounded, but feel a quiet restlessness they can’t ignore.

We’ll focus attention on what’s creating friction and remove what’s been getting in the way of clean momentum.

This is about direction that feels true.

Open Path

This is for men who want room to breathe and permission to explore honestly.

We move at your pace, learning how to relate to what’s present: a tension, a transition, a question that won’t settle.

How I can Help

I don’t work by pushing, fixing, or trying to change you.

This work is about reducing the internal strain it takes to be who you already are.

Through our work together, you’ll experience:

Less internal pressure.
Learn what’s creating tension, and how to carry less.

Healthier habits.
Not by forcing change, but by reshaping your rhythms.

Clearer thinking under stress.
So decisions feel grounded instead of reactive.

Grounded relationships.
Be more present and honest, without over-functioning.

Forward movement.
Because you’re no longer working against yourself.

This is about making space for what’s already steady, and letting that lead.

About Me

I grew up in Oregon, shaped by the outdoors and the discipline of Division I wrestling. I learned early how to stay composed under pressure: how to push through, perform, and hold things together.

That posture carried me into meaningful work in ministry and social work, walking with people through some of their hardest seasons.

Yet, even while trying to help others, I was carrying more than I could hold. I relied on patterns that kept me functional and reliable, but disconnected from real steadiness.

I wasn’t falling apart. I was working hard to believe what I told others — “I’m good.”

Discovering Internal Family Systems helped me release the internal tension I’d been living with, and stop working against myself.

Today, I work with capable men who are doing well, yet feel the constant strain of holding everything together.

As a Self-Leadership Coach, I offer a calm, honest space where pressure can ease, and steadiness can take root.
